Refund policy

Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
Non-returnable items: Beauty tools, wellness tools used, or items with hygiene considerations.
Damaged/Defective Items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos; we replace at no cost.
Refunds: Processed back to the original payment method once the return is approved.
